Wok & Grill is a classy restaurant in Kollam where you can pick from an array of Chinese, Thai and fusion menu. Offering a perfect fine dine experience for a family outing, this restaurant near Supreme Supermarket at Kottamukku serves customers from 12 pm to 3 pm in the afternoon and 6 pm to 11 pm during the night everyday. Thai Green Curry, Honey Chilli Chicken and Chicken in Black Pepper &Burnt Garlic are some of the cuisines most in demand here.
Wok & Grill is a perfect destination for gastronomes who are on the lookout for good Chinese and Thai cuisines. Though almost all the signature dishes here are either from China or Thailand, you can get to try some Arabian and grilled items too. This restaurant situated in Kottamukku near Supreme Supermarket witnesses a huge crowd during weekend dinners which is the busiest time here. Well, if you are planning for a dinner out here this Sunday then it’s better to book your table in advance as they accept reservations during the weekends.But remember to reach in time as your table would be kept reserved for a maximum of 10 minutes than the time mentioned by you before allotting it to the next customer.
‘Chicken in Black Pepper &Burnt Garlic’ isa special dish definitely to taste from this restaurant. The shredded chicken pieces are cooked with burnt garlic in dark soya sauce and pepper balls that give this awesome dish an extra tangy quotient.If you are looking for something different from the usual then ‘Honey Chilli Chicken’ would be your perfect choice. Though initially it tastes sweet but with each bite you can feel the hotness of the spices as you chew on- a treat for your taste buds. Chilli sauce mixed with honey is the secret ingredient behind this superb dish.
‘Thai Green Curry’ is their main item from the Thai cuisine palate. A light green colour chicken curry in thick coconut cream and a dash of special spices mix added to it.This dish may not be liked by many owing to its different taste but nonetheless you can give a try as Thai cuisine is not very common in Kerala. ‘Chicken Sizzler’ as the name indicates is served sizzling hot in a metal plate. The bright red colour chicken pieces taste best when served hot on a platter along with cauliflower that is used prepare this fiery dish.
Good food with great atmosphere is the main attraction of Wok & Grill. It’s a delight to see uniformed and experienced waiters serve food with efficiency but at the service gets a bit delayed especially during the rush hours. The two main air-conditioned dining areas furnished with wooden chairs and tables give this restaurant a simple but elegant look.
Here they do accept credit cards and have a spacious parking lot managed by security guards both in front and opposite of the restaurant. You can also get a parcel of your ordered dishes from the ‘Take Away’counter set outside the restaurant with a waiting area.
