‘Duel Chilli Mahi Mahi’ is the chef special dish they offer their customers. Mahi Mahi is the name of the fish used in the preparation which is fried after marinating with two types of chilli paste- Tabasco and Paprika. Served along with different sauces the dish will make you go wow from the first bite itself.
The most demanded item from the main course menu is‘Grilled Tenderloin Steak’. The steak is usually grilled in medium flame and is served with pepper sauce and boiled vegetables sauce. The taste of the juicy steak dipped in sauces is just mind blowing. Good starter dishes are also available here. One among them is ‘Punjabi Chicken Samosa’. It is prepared by filling chicken into the samosa mould and giving it a shape of something that is of current relevance. The dish is served with two types of sauces to choose from.
‘Kongi Crispy Fried Beef’ is another recipe worth mentioning. Kongi basically refers to a style of cooking. This dish has a remarkable spicy yet sweet taste that comes from adding honey to the masala mixture. The crunchy fried beef pieces also taste quite different than the ones you usually get.
