Hotel Delicia can be your perfect destination whether you want to enjoy solitude with a cup of tea or a grand dinner with family. The place offers an ideal setup to entertain all types of customers.
There are three main dining areas that are not only spacious, but styled keeping in mind the requirements of different patrons. The dining hall near the entrance of the hotel though looks ordinary, is well furnished and is mainly meant for the walk-in guests from the bus stand. There is also an air-conditioned dining space in the same area.
If you run up a flight of stairs, you can see another small dining area which looks similar to the first one. But the premium dining area is quite different from the rest of the restaurant. This fully air-conditioned space has a different feel. This part has its own parking area and entrance. Even the stewards serving here have a different uniform.
‘Chicken Broast’ is the main item of this restaurant. High quality imported machinery and masalas are used in the preparation of this famous dish. The chicken is coated with a crispy layer that makes it crunchy from outside and juicy inside. Served with French fries, tomato sauce and mayonnaise, this dish is just finger-licking good. ‘Mutton Mandhi’ is a favourite item from the Arabic cuisine. The ‘Mandhi’ rice with local spices added to it tastes quite different from the usual one. The flavour of local spices is what makes this dish so popular among the natives here.
‘Fish Mango Curry’ is an awesome dish to try from the seafood menu. Smooth and soft Avoli fish is usually used to prepare this orange coloured dish with a lot of gravy, having a tangy taste combined with the sourness of raw mango. ‘Thai Chicken’ is a dish you must taste just for its sheer variety. Coconut milk used in the preparation accounts for the taste of this dish.
Hotel Delicia has a large kitchen with different areas allotted for cooking of different cuisines. Altogether, this restaurant is indeed a great place to have good food with your friends and family.
